1) It‘s a think tank: scientists and practitioners work together in an incubator setting to develop and implement ideas, programs, and measures that will have a positive social impact.

2) It‘s a professional network: by collaborating in the way we do, we multiply our efforts and increase the quality of our work and services. We also help to find the best match for you and your issue. We can match you with coaches, consultants, lecturers, speakers, or provide you with additional information.

3) It‘s a community: we want to promote a new and progressive way of living and working together that is built on trust, sustainability, wellbeing, mindfulness, and the belief that we all contribute the most when we’re allowed to flourish and be the best version of ourselves.

We are a location-independent network. Most of our services are available via video conference or telephone call. For speaking events or workshops, we can travel to the desired location. Our retreats take place in selected places, and we can consider specific regions if there is a sensible demand. We feel most at home in Central Europe, the UK, the Nordics, and North America, but are very open about other locations.

We are open for other services if they fall into our area of expertise. Our aim is to provide high quality services to people who share the same mindset, and to co-create the process with you. For example, rather than having fixed workshop dates, we deliberately customize all of our services in order to match the right people at the right place and time.

Apart from direct client-services, we work on research, the development of different programs, or completely new ideas, and we share some of those in articles or blogs. As we are a network of professionals, our individual rates differ. Depending on level of seniority and experience, we cover a spectrum within an appropriate professional range. Please reach out to us, and we can discuss how we can accommodate your budget. In addition, we have a contingent for pro bono services if your project or case aligns with our cause.
We grow and network organically and build relationships on trust and by sharing the same vision.
